Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive onsite inspections of mold-affected properties.
• Thoroughly analyze the scope of mold remediation projects.
• Masterfully utilize Xactimate software to create precise, industry-standard estimates.
• Partner with project managers and crews to ensure estimates align with project requirements.
• Provide clear and transparent communication to clients and insurance companies regarding estimates.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the mold remediation or restoration industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
• Solid understanding of mold remediation best practices and industry standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate estimates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
