Compensation :

• $35,000 - $70,000 / yr
• The position includes a base salary, but is heavy on commission for sold jobs
• Compensation largely depends on your work ethic and willingness to apply yourself!

Responsibilities :

• Empathetic client interactions, showcasing customer service excellence
• Respond to, assist, and sell jobs to our customers
• Team collaboration and leadership, actively participating in tasks and learning
• Efficient multitasking, coordinating activities for assigned jobs and crews
• Adherence to safety guidelines at job sites, in the office, and during travel

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years experience in restoration - additional customer service experience preferred
• Ability to take photos and type into electronic devices
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma / GED required with college degree preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work hard 24 / 7 with a positive attitude and contagious smile
