This is for the hunter and the ideal applicant is driven to close the deal and have SERVPRO make it like it never even happened.
Job Description:
Respond 24/7 to the needs of our customers and assist them in managing their mitigation process. In this role you are the first person in the chain of making it like it never even happened. You will be part of a dynamic team that sells the job and ensures the customers get an excellent experience. Communicate with all production staff to make sure all customer needs are met.
Responsibilities:

• Treating clients with empathy, demonstrating customer service skills that make happy clients.
• Being a team player and leading by example. Sharing in the work, learning, fun, and cleaning!
• Superior customer service skills that "create happy customers", ensure repeat business through our referral program.
• Multi-tasking, demonstrating ability and willingness to coordinate activities for your assigned jobs and crews.
• Typical work schedule is M-F 8-5p with an expectation to go out 24/7 to meet the needs of our customers.
• Understanding and following safety guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling

Qualifications:

• Desired skill is 3-5 years experience in restoration
• Experience in the customer service industry
• Having a contagious smile and positive spirit
• Being detail oriented
• A desire for a career, this is not just a "job"
• Ability to take photos and type into electronic devices
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in cleaning preferred
• High school diploma/GED required with college degree preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work hard 24/7
