Job Description

What you’ll do:

As a member of the Finance Executive Communications team, you’ll help us bring to life our goal to engage, inspire, and activate employees to live our purpose and values. You’ll have a keen focus on our Finance employee programs as well as the corporate employee programs. Everything moves quickly at a high-growth company, and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working across the many facets of our team. This includes acting as a project manager for Finance employee programs and initiatives as well as supporting our Finance team communications ecosystem. In a nutshell, you’ll support the internal communications for our finance organization.

How you’ll do it:

  • Ecosystem – Let's start at the top... our Finance team communications channel strategy. You’ll learn and model the best practices we’ve created to keep communications centralized, simple, and engaging.
  • Team operations and editorial calendar/support – You will help develop storytelling around the Finance’s team’s business priorities, our people, and programs while helping to drive engagement.
  • Project management – You’ll make sure work flows seamlessly across the Finance Team as we execute milestone moments including Town Halls, People Managers, Ask Me Anything sessions, and other key events. Key teams like brand, production, and storytelling will look to you for all things process, procedure, and deadlines. You’ll also manage the strategy communications plan including surveys and know when to pivot based from survey data.
  • Internal accolade programs – It’s important to us to honor the hard work that’s done throughout the year. The team will help identify and share our favorite projects and you’ll manage the communications.
  • Innovation – In our ever-changing world, we know it’s more important than ever to innovate how we communicate. You’ll help us develop new approaches to engage our audience and keep them updated.
  • Global People team alignment – Partner with others across the team to ensure alignment and impact in everything we do.

If you’re hungry to build a career in employee communications, this is a great opportunity to develop world-class communications skills with growth potential across the team and business.

Who you’ll work with:

Our team works with the executive leadership team (we call them the P5) and other partners across the company to deliver amazing experiences to our people. You’ll partner across the Office of the CFO, Employee Communications team, Now Productions, Brand, and Executive Communications—just to name a few. Your day-to-day partners will be on the Executive and Employee communications team. We’re laser-focused, yet flexible, and are always up for a new challenge.

Qualifications

Who you are:

You know how to create an engaging communications experience – whether it’s online, at an event, or hybrid in our new world of work. You love to get creative, be part of team, and have good decision-making skills. Your strong communication skills help you influence others. And, your writing is on fire.

Our minimum requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, organizational change, or related field
  • 8-10 years of employee communications experience, with an interest in building a career in corporate communications at a tech company
  • Strong project manager (experience supporting internal companywide events and experiences a plus!)
  • Cross-functional, global project experience
  • Ability to innovate and produce creative, yet measurable results
  • Resourceful and motivated communicator who can independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high-growth, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent writer and verbal communicator
  • Creative, visual storyteller with an eye for detail and a great sense of humor
