We are currently seeking a professional and positive Project Manager to join our team. We are an established full-service restoration company based in the East Valley. We have been in business for over 14 years and are committed to continued growth. Position entails planning and executing reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. QUALIFICATIONS
Physical job site inspections and communicate with customers on rebuild process
- Develop project budgets from approved estimates/scopes
Manage production schedule of Sub Contractors/Trades
- Understanding processes and reasons for supplements or change orders and be able to communicate effectively with all parties for timely submissions
- Ability to read and understand scope of work (Xactimate experience preferred, Xactimate estimating a PLUS)
- Complete projects on time and on budget while ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction
Follow the established job management procedures while bringing your knowledge and experience to help improve that process
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Drivers License with satisfactory driving history
2 years construction experience
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and similar programs required
High School graduate or equivalent
Strong communication skills
