Copper State Home Builders is a successful, growing restoration and reconstruction family owned company, located in North East Mesa. We specialize in restoring residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by water, fire, smoke, and/or mold. We are looking for a Construction / Restoration Office Project Coordinator to join our team. Our office coordinators oversee insurance claims from start to finish - handling inbound and outbound phone calls.

Office coordinators are expected to work in office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Requirements - Office Project Coordinator:

• Previous experience working in Restoration and/or Insurance
• Typing 40 WPM
• Office experience
• Data entry
• Customer service
• Organization
• Time management
• Critical Thinking/Problem solving skills
• Communication skills

Responsibilities - Office Project Coordinator:

• Oversee insurance claims from start to finish - handling inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Manage finances related to their claims and coordinate with contractors to ensure the completion of their claims.
• Communicatate with customers on a daily basis, making sure to provide excellent customer service, and walking the customers through the process of the project.
• A successful office coordinator communicates effectively and professionally - updating the homeowner on the status of the claim regularly and providing the necessary documents to the insurance adjuster. Having knowledge on the projects they are handling at the time. Utilizing their time management to ensure they can handle their workload.

This Job Is:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
