Crew Chief Restoration Technician

Job Description:

The Crew Chief Restoration Technician is responsible for leading a team of restoration technicians in the restoration of damaged properties caused by water, fire, mold, and other disasters. The Crew Chief Restoration Technician will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of restoration technicians in the restoration of damaged properties
• Manage the team and ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters to ensure that all work is completed to their satisfaction
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
• Perform fire and smoke damage restoration
• Perform mold remediation
• Perform content cleaning and pack-out
• Perform demolition and reconstruction
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restoration
• Experience in leading a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
