DUTIES

Identify the source of the problem and scope of the fire / water damage
Perform water extraction, mitigation, fire clean and pack-out of contents
Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable material that was affected by the loss
Perform construction demo, mitigation/remediation upon approval
Set up air movers and/or dehumidifiers and monitor daily
Perform carpet & hard surface cleaning
Complete paperwork when a new water loss is reported
Input and check jobs utilizing MICA
Support Team Members

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form
Restoration experience preferred but not required
Must be familiar with and be able to operate a wide range of equipment common to construction demo
Must be able to work for long periods of time in extreme temperatures both hot and cold
Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and wind damage
Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather
Requires a valid driver's license and must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
IICRC certified a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
