Organizational Relationship: This position reports directly to the Office Lead.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily
1. Answer the telephone as required by, “Telephone Calls Procedures”
2. Greet, announce and direct all business and personal visitors to S.U.
3. Process Routes Daily
4. Verify Garment Returns and distribute discrepancies
5. Prepare Routes for Service Department
6. Key and distribute Daily Cancel / Repair Logs
7. Key and distribute reports as assigned
8. Key orders
9. Notify Order Room of releases and RAN’s
10. Monitor and instruct job applicants arriving in front lobby
11. Receive soiled garments turned in by customers at front lobby
12. Distribute and sort all incoming mail, Accts Receivable checks, and Special Delivery Packages
13. Daily Scanning and Filing of Invoices and Orders
14. Process Accounts Payables Files weekly
15. Restock Barcodes with no chip
16. Print Invoices for Account Managers
17. Print Blue Chip Delivery Report
18. Build and Release Mat Sorting Program
19. Assemble daily and weekly Federal Express and corporate packets
20. Assist customers in front lobby as needed
21. Ensure the front door is unlocked and phones are turned on at 8:30 am daily
22. Ensure the front door is locked and phones are turned off at 4:30 pm daily
23. Type letters, memos, envelopes, etc as needed
24. Build Routes
25. Enter and Scan Route Visitation Information
26. File scanned documents into appropriate files on server
27. Log all kickbacks ( discrepancies ) from service team
28. Perform backup operation on file server
29. Cross train within department
30. Support teammates as needed
Weekly
1. Prepares weekly packages for corporate office to include payables, server backup tapes, and other scheduled items
2. Behave with respect, honesty while delivery high quality of work
Job Requirements:

2. Assure all assigned and scheduled office duties are completed on time and accurate and within our values
