Service Partners is a division of Top Build (NYSE: BLD) and has an opening for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our business and success. The Territory Sales Manager manages and drives sales in an assigned region calling on residential, commercial and OEM customers. We are looking for a self-disciplined leader to sell and promote the Service Partners brand and products. We work with many of the leading manufacturers of Insulation, Spray Foam, Board products, Metal Building Insulation and a host of complimentary accessories that contribute to the energy efficiency of residential and commercial building construction.

Do you have what it takes?
· Entrepreneurial and motivated to win
· Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging
· Construction savvy and a technical aptitude
· Ability to build strong relationships
· Independently manage existing customers, prospecting and driving activity in assigned territory
· Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; both verbal and written
· Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), the ability to process and review customer orders, construct quote proposals, manage market dynamics and seek competitive market intelligence.
What qualifications do you need?
· 3- 5 years of successful outside sales experience
· Residential/commercial Contractor relationship and Building industry knowledge preferred
· Knowledge of residential and commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus
· Flexibility to cover a territory with a 250 mile radius and overnight requirements
