• 2 years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, and filtration
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers
• Knowledge of drain machines, camera, and locator equipment
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language
• Starting wage of $24.75 - $33.00 per hour (DOE) Bonus & Spiffs
• Hours : 7 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. or 11 : 00 a.m. - 8 : 00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)
• Days : Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
• Sign on Bonus : Up to $2,500 based on experience
