Salary Range: $20 - $23 / hour DOE
Accounting Assistant Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, specifically AR/AP
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required
Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of invoices
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Strong communication skills and adaptability
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:
Manage daily and weekly invoice processing and vendor payments
Support account reconciliation and assist in month-end review
Engage with clients for billing and payment queries
Assist with employee paperwork, prescreening, and benefits enrollment
Maintain service logs, emails, and billing statements
