Role Overview

ServiceCore is seeking an energetic, ambitious and experienced Staff/Senior Accountant! This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team that’s based in Lakewood, CO.

You will report to the Senior Accounting Manager as a Staff/Senior Accountant. You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Accounting Manager in day-to-day operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, month end, and financial statement preparation.

Role and Responsibilities

To successfully deliver in a fast paced working environment you will responsible for:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Performing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Preparing and posting journal entries to the general ledger
• Preparing monthly reconciliations and assisting in month end close
• Providing key insights on financial performance to Senior Accounting Manager and CFO
• Assisting in the monthly preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Owning corporate credit card program, including issuing cards and reviewing/approving expenses
• Overseeing annual 1099/W-9 process
• Working with external auditors to support annual financial audits
• Performing ad-hoc analyses and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-3 years working as an accountant, auditor, or similar accounting-focused role, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Undergraduate degree in accounting
• Experience working in accounting softwares, Sage Intacct preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Highly motivated and detail oriented
• CPA or working towards licensure
• Public accounting experience, Top 10 accounting firm preferred

Base Salary: $75k - $85k (based on experience)
