Servbank is Hiring a HR Administrator Near Oswego, IL

We’re looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to join our People team at Servbank. You will interface and partner with team members throughout the company and establish yourself as a go-to person for all the Human Resource needs of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a proactive point-of-contact for new and current team members during key points of the employment lifecycle – i.e. onboarding, development, feedback surveys, and offboarding.
  • Work closely with People team to provide a world-class team member experience while cross-training to acquire new skills.
  • Maintain data integrity of the HRIS (Paylocity) and electronic files to ensure compliance and clean reporting of people metrics.
  • Analyze and interpret people data; proactively look for opportunities to improve the Servbank experience and implement scalable solutions.
  • Effectively partner with key departments including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Marketing, and IT.
  • Special projects in areas such as benefits, hiring, training, and compliance.
  • Promote strong company culture and positive morale.
  • Promote and manage company events, including but not limited to office events, team builds, and new hire training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 years of experience in HR or another closely related function.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Microsoft Outlook.
  • High emotional intelligence and maturity, especially when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Detail, process, and results-oriented; you’re excited by a well-oiled machine that addresses questions and issues in a proactive and/or timely manner.
  • Team player and self-starter and an amazing ability to remain calm when the list gets long.
  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication and critical thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
