We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, and optimizing operational efficiency. You will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across the organization
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop action plans for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate waste
- Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP to gather insights and drive data-driven decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to employees on continuous improvement methodologies
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Strong knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques, including Kaizen, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or Oracle EBS
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in supply chain or manufacturing industry is preferred
