Automotive Toyota Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. 
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs when needed 
• The ability to identify technical solutions to complex hardware, software, and equipment issues
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Manage the routine maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, and ensure they're working properly

Automotive Toyota Service Technician Qualifications:

• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to follow directions
• Strong communication and time management skills 
• Detail- oriented and organized 
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
