This position will provide maintenance support for our Northern WA car wash locations (Everett / Marysville / Oak Harbor)

Job Title : Facilities Coordinator

Pay Range : $22-25 per hour

Job Summary : The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for working with the car wash General Manager to maintain efficient and smooth operation of the car wash locations by performing and / or coordinating repairs and maintenance of buildings and equipment and ordering supplies and maintaining inventory to support business operations.

Essential Duties :

• Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
• Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
• Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
• Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
• Ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility.
• Maintains the inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities :

Strong technical and mechanical abilities and general maintenance skills are required, Plumbing and electrical skills are preferred, but not required.

To be successful in this position, the individual must be reliable, work well as part of a team, and be able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Education / Experience :

At least two years of related experience is required.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions :

The position requires the ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as walking, standing for long periods, bending, stooping, stretching, climbing, crawling, and handling tools / materials as well as lifting up to 50 lbs.

at times. The position requires the ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) and the ability to work around chemicals.

The position works in all types of weather conditions and requires someone who can work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This position requires regular travel by car to multiple wash locations during the work week; a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and at least state minimum auto insurance coverage required.
