Serenity Residential Treatment Program is currently seeking a part time overnight staff with availability between the hours of 11pm-7am.

Serenity is a long term placement for those treating substance use disorders for up to 18 months. Staff duties include (but are not limited to) providing a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals to establish their recovery, monitoring for signs of substance usage and conducting breathalyzer tests and urine analyses, collaborating efforts and interventions with co-workers and case managers, providing verbal deescalation, observing for mental health and psychiatric concerns, providing staff facilitated groups, monitoring medications, completing documentation, janitorial tasks, and assisting with resident needs and skill building.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
