Supportive Housing Mental Health Technician
Join the expanding team in our new state of the art 132 bed behavioral health facility!
This full-time or part-time OVERNIGHT opportunity offers up 40 hours per week, full benefits, and a convenient repeating two week schedule. You will always know when you are scheduled to work. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts, if interested. Shifts are offered between the hours 4pm and 8am.
Our Supportive Housing Mental Health Technicians work directly with patients to provide support and hope. This position would be working alone in our outpatient building. The Supportive Housing Mental Health Technician position serves as an awesome foundation for people looking to grow their career in the area of nursing, therapy, social work, and substance use disorders.
Prairie St. John's has been providing services for children, adolescents, and adults to address behavioral health and substance use challenges since 1997. Prairie offers inpatient hospitalization, day treatment, and intensive outpatient services. Accredited by The Joint Commission, we are the largest, freestanding behavioral health facility in the region. More than 4,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Prairie St. John's.

Qualifications:Previous experience working with children, adolescents or adults in a health care setting or group setting such as day care, school, group homes, or residential facilities.
