Patient Support Advocate

As a Patient Support Advocate, you will primarily be helping patients understand the lifesaving benefits of medication, TMS, and Ketamine.
We are looking for individuals that can not only empathize, educate, and coach our patients but also have strong documentation skills and can conduct assessments in a conversational manner. No previous medical experience needed!

What We Are Looking For
Gather and record patient information regarding symptoms and medication history.
Educate patients on interventional treatment options Serenity provides.
Record patient assessment data into our EMR system.
Demonstrate compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients.
Work directly with an assigned provider to maximize exceptional patient care.
Drive positive patient results.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of full-time work experience
Experience with confidently resolving common patient or customer concerns.
Passion for helping others in a patient-centric culture.
A quick learner comfortable in an innovative environment.
Self-driven and motivated.
