Centennial Peaks Hospital is looking for a Director of the Business Office who supports the delivery of quality services and the financial goals and objectives of the organization through effective day-to-day management of financial data, admission and data processing procedures, and collections.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
  • At least three years experience in management of a hospital billing and collections department required.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of in-patient hospital billing and understanding of hospital census components.
  • Must be an expert in matters regarding in-patient hospital billing rules, regulations, and compliance.
  • Displays written and verbal communication skills, and is able to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Is knowledgeable of, can interpret, and put into practice pertinent federal, state, local regulations as well as JCAHO and related standards.
  • CPA preferred.
