We are looking for an outstanding Dental Office Manager/lead front desk administrator for a general dental practice.
We are a fast-paced fun office looking for a long-term team player, for a 4 day a week position. Ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, self-motivated and who takes pride in their work. 1-2 years of dental or medical front desk experience preferred, excellent customer service skills, superior patient care and ability to multitask.
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY
4 day a week schedule. Alternating Monday-Thursday, Tuesday-Friday work week. Every other weekend is a 4 day weekend.
JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:
*Greeting Patients
*Answering Phones
*Checking patients in and out
*Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating appointments with other offices
*Maintaining referral relationships
*Insurance Verification and inputting insurance information into dental software
*Account reconciliation
*Insurance recredentialing
*Filing Insurance Claims both electronically and paper
*Paying bills
*Collecting payments from patients and insurance companies
*Discussing balances and account ledgers with patients
*Monitoring monthly production and collection
*Monitoring and collecting outstanding claims and balances
*Managing staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
*1-2 years of dental front desk experience is preferred.
*Must be highly organized, neat and efficient
*Must be trustworthy
*Must be dependable
*Must be a self-starter
*Must be punctual and reliable
*Must be a team player and work well with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
