Responsibilities That Make an Impact:

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments for all admitted clients with care and compassion.
• Monitor clients undergoing detox, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for any adverse effects.
• Facilitate consultations and assist in discharge planning for seamless transitions.
• Stay knowledgeable in pharmacology and provide crucial client education.
• Lead group sessions and provide valuable in-service training.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Preferably one year of experience in psychiatric and substance use treatment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
