Description:
Must have MA license
Must have 1 year of case management experience - preferably in a rehab setting or med surg setting
Schedule: Mon to Friday with every 4th Saturday half day rotation
ASAP Start
Covering Paternity Leave
COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $45.00 - $57.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
