Job Overview:

Serenata Beach Club is hiring!. We currently have openings for Host, Servers, Bartenders and Server Assistants. We are looking for high energy, enthusiastic team members that want to make the most of their time while serving up hospitality to our guests from near and far. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before seating guests
- Assist with cleaning duties, such as clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

*Additional Duties (Bartender)

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for club members and guests.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Manage bar inventory and supplies, making sure the bar is well-stocked and orderly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at the bar and surrounding areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service and food preparation procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
