Job Description:

Vincenzo's Cucina is seeking a seasoned Server/Bar Tender to join our dynamic team. As a Server/Bar Tender, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele, ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.

Provide recommendations on menu items and wine pairings.

Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, adhering to our service standards.

Prepare and craft a variety of cocktails and drinks with precision and flair.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and glassware.

Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Anticipate guests' needs and accommodate special requests whenever possible.

Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless coordination of service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server and bartender in a high-end restaurant or cocktail bar.

Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and cocktails preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.

TIPS or similar certification for responsible alcohol service is a plus.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $19.21 - $70.00 per hour
