Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and janitorial tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment, and ensuring the property remains in top condition.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, equipment and grounds/
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Utilize company software to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Possess basic mechanical knowledge to repair or replace faulty components
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing repairs, and carpentry work

-Perform Janitorial work as needed including basic cleaning, pressure washing, use of a blow-pack, office cleanup, and building exterior cleanup.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and staff members

Requirements:
-Basic knowledge of computer software to assist in documenting completion of tasks.
- Experience maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks, such as basic plumbing repairs and basic carpentry work
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
