As the Senior Accountant, you will be exposed to all facets of the Company. Nothing is limited, and you will be encouraged to take on new challenges while being supported by experienced accounting leadership. In this role, you will gain exposure to a vast array of accounting issues that will help further build your professional experience. We will look to you to help guide technical accounting, manage the financial close process, and identify other areas of improvement where your expertise is needed. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• One to three years of oil and gas industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) 
• Highly motivated and team-oriented individual
• Ability to build relationships across a geographically decentralized organization
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
• Proficient in the use of Excel and have the aptitude to learn and become a power user of the Company’s ERP accounting platform
