Job Requirements:

• Required: RN-Associate's Degree, OR RN-Diploma (non-degree), OR RN-Bachelor's Level Degree, OR RN-Doctorate Level Degree, OR RN-Master's Level Degree
• Registered Nurse License

Demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty areas and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department, the manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service.

This position is eligible for a Sign-on Bonus for qualified candidates. Relocation assistance is available. This 40-bed Cardiac Specialty Unit /Cardiac Telemetry is comprised of 26 private and semi-private rooms. Cardiac and renal patients are commonly seen on this unit, as well as other high acuity cardiac specialty level patients.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
• Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
• Registered Nurse License (RN) - Nursing License - Compact/Multi-State License
• Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina
