Sentara Health Plans is currently hiring a Manager, Project Management for Center of Excellence (COE)!

This is a Full-Time position with day shift hours and great benefits!

Job Responsibilities:

  • This role is specific to the Enterprise Project Management Office's Business Analysis Center of Excellence (COE) and will be accountable to help set up best practices for Business Analysis processes, systems, and standards along with the direct management of Business Analysts. Focus will also be on supporting the Business when they are documenting requirements and ensuring they are following appropriate standards and quality.

Required qualifications:

  • 3 years related experience healthcare

  • 2 years related experience in information technology

  • 8 years related experience in lieu of degree

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required within 1 year of hire

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Open to any healthcare experience in clinical/hospital setting but Health Plan/MCO experience is a plus

  • Experience in Process Development and Improvement, Metrics and Reporting, Training and Communication, Quality and Audit and Tools preferred
