Sensational Smiles on Minnesota is seeking a full time Patient Services Representative. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator with a positive attitude and a focus on teamwork. It is important that this candidate be flexible to adapt to our fast-paced, rapidly growing practice; and confidently able to provide the patient-centered service for which we are known.
Responsibilities Include:
· Collect and verify insurance coverage information.
· Prepare and present treatment plans with patients.
· Answering inbound and making outbound phone calls.
· Scheduling new and recurring visits.
· Confidently collecting co-payments and discussing balances with patients.
· Greet and register patients upon arrival.
· Administrative tasks/typing.
· Building strong relationships with patients and team members.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Education- High school diploma or equivalency (required)
· Experience- One year administrative assistant/customer service (required)
· May substitute higher education for experience
· Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
· Dental office/software experience a plus
