Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our expanding team in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in tech sales, particularly within the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) space, and excel in solution selling. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and promoting our suite of managed security solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand client requirements, tailor solutions, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at prospective and existing clients.
· Leverage your expertise in MSSP offerings to articulate the value proposition, address client concerns, and overcome objections effectively.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and other relevant reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in technology sales, with a focus on solution selling methodologies.
· 5-7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) industry.
· Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
· Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse stakeholders.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
