We are searching for an experienced Equipment Operator (Saw, Press Brake, Plasma) at our Mankato, MN facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
  • Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.
  • Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook.
  • Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge.
  • Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A solid understanding of production and organizational methods.
  • Previous experience with hand tools, tape measures, and drills.
  • Fine-tuned communication skills.
  • Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process.
  • High School Diploma or GED, desired.

Physical Requirements:

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
