We are looking to hire an RN Case Manager

for our Ft Lauderdale office

A commitment to exceptional patient care is the first requirement

We are looking for an RN with Homecare case management experience

PRN Hours as needed

Experience in private duty, Medicare, VA and insurance Patient care

Superior clinical knowledge is needed

SOC assessments, Visits, intermitted care , Recertifications

Good organizational skills and attention to details are important.

Strong computer skills , proficiency in EMR programs. Experience in KanTime is helpful

PRN as needed
