Maxwell Group / Senior Living Communities is now accepting applications for a Vice President of Clinical Operations who possesses a vision for Care Services and and has a passion for servant leadership. This position will oversee all aspects of the Company’s healthcare services, including Clinical Development & Analytics, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Short-Term Rehab.

RN license required.

Nursing Home Administrator license a plus.

Prior Senior Housing experience highly desired.

This position will travel 3-4 days per week as it involves working with the clinical leadership teams in the various communities we own.

Required Experience:

Qualified candidate must have or demonstrate:

• Ability to travel to various communities 3-4 days per week
• 3-5 years of experience as a clinical operations leader
• Senior Housing experience.
• RN license required.
• Nursing Home Administrator license a plus.
• Management/Supervisory experience.
• 4 Year College degree.
