What you need:

• CNA/HHA
• TB screening (skin test, blood test, or chest x-ray)
• A driver's license, vehicle, and insurance in your name
• Pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• Covid vaccination
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred

Pay rates: 

• Weekdays, shifts 5hrs or more = $20.00/hr
• Weekends, shifts 5hrs or more = $22.00/hr
• Any day, shifts 4hrs or less = $24.00/hr
