A reputable healthcare system in Massachusetts is searching for a Registered Nurses for its growing home healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care in the home setting to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process.

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with patients outside of a clinical setting.
• Schedule and prioritize nursing visits by patient acuity.
• Gather and interpret data through history-taking and physical assessments.
• Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care that aligns with the physician’s orders.
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and families.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

• An ASN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
• Active RN license.
• 1 years of nursing experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, days
• Flexible, self-scheduling
• Pay; $32-60/hr., depending on experience, incentives
