Community Liaison, Home Health Care

We provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, home health aide, occupational therapy and medical social worker in Boston and surrounding counties in Massachusetts.

Our patient population is highly diverse constitutes of various ages with emphasis on senior care.

Presidential Home Health Care is seeking for Community Liaison who is self-motivated, has previous experience in home health care, well organized, and has excellent communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.

Visit Doctor' offices, hospital discharge desks, Skilled Nursing and Rehab, Assisted Living facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.

Analyze past and current marketing data.

Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.

Analyze patient/company relationships.

Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.

Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.

Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.

Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1 year experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.

Must be organized and detail oriented.

Must be able to communicate effectively in writing, orally in English.

Must be able to interact with health professional at all levels.
