Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative/cashier at Paco's Taquería, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and building positive relationships with our diverse customer base. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu information as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.
Process payments and maintain cash handling accuracy.
Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front-of-house and cashier station.
Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and restocking as necessary.
Uphold Paco's Taquería's commitment to exceptional customer service.
Responsabilidades:
Saludar y ayudar a los clientes de manera amigable y profesional.
Tomar los pedidos de los clientes de forma precisa y eficiente, proporcionando información del menú según sea necesario.
