Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative/cashier at Paco's Taquería, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and building positive relationships with our diverse customer base. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu information as needed.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.

• Process payments and maintain cash handling accuracy.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front-of-house and cashier station.

• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and restocking as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
