**Description**
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Visually inspect merchandise displays and ensure they meet written expectations
* Inspect product for date freshness and verify with electronic device
* Provide training on product knowledge, selling, testing, spill containment, returns, & charging
* Ensure POS material is up to date and meets written expectations
* Ensure electronic catalog, paper catalog, and testers are available and functional
* Interface with customers Regional Managers, Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Technicians
* Follow-up on any specific requests made by customer
* Point of primary contact with customer & FMP
* Responsible for growth of sales at store level
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:**
* Strong oral and written communications in English. Bilingual is a plus.
* Must be detail oriented and work well with numbers.
* Demonstrated ability to follow up and complete tasks independently in a timely and accurate manner.
* Ability to operate personal computer and software including FMP mainframe, Microsoft Office, and internet.
* Demonstrated ability for relationship building, problem solving, and handling multiple assignments.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT:**
* This is primarily a field-based position
* Some overnight travel may be required
* Will require frequent computer and cell phone communication from the field
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
* Must be 21 years of age or older.
* Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
* High School Diploma or GED. College degree preferred.
* Two years experience working in a field sales or customer service role.
* Should be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
