Executive Assistant Job Description:
Our company is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to aide executive staff by handling a wide variety of situations involving the administrative and operational functions of the office. Manages executive's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in office administration. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel.
Minimum 40 hours per week, including occasional weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
Start time at 8:00am: Monday – Friday. Occasional earlier start time possible.
