My Daily Activities Become a “souper star” at Sendik’s as a Deli Cook. As a Deli Cook you’ll get to prepare cold & hot case items, soups, entrees and catering orders based on daily production needs. You’ll also assist with filling the deli case & sales floor and maintaining the coolers. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and safe environment for all of our associates and we work together to accomplish this goal. Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to required operation of Deli equipmentPrevious cooking experience preferredAbility to work effectively under pressure, in a fast paced environmentProficient knife handling skillsAbility to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
