The incumbent in this position oversees the safe receipt, production, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of materials, products and equipment for the Seminole Media Production’s (SMP) in -house Audio/Visual Department. Work involves responsibility for equipment condition, equipment pick up, returns, and security of the assets in their charge.
The incumbent works with the Warehouse Supervisor on the staging and efficient organization of materials within the warehouse. Work requires the use of initiative and judgment in cooperating with various departments to provide supplies and materials. Supervision is received from an administrative superior who reviews work for conformity with STOF policies and for efficient operation of the facility.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a warehousing and/or manufacturing environment is required. Basic knowledge of Audio Visual equipment, event production, video production, theatre or similar field is required. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and be able to travel to all the Reservations and facilities.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Must be available to work a flexible work schedule when needed, this includes regular business hours, nights, holidays and weekends.
