About the Role
The legal administrative assistant will act as the Executive Assistant for the General Counsel and assist all members of the Legal Department by providing clerical and research support as well as support strategic and tactical corporate legal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive assistant duties for General Counsel, which includes calendar management, travel planning/booking, expense reports, and related clerical and administrative duties.
Assist all members of the Legal Department by providing clerical and research support services and leading or supporting strategic and tactical corporate legal initiatives.
Serve as point of contact for internal clients seeking legal assistance.
Assists with team meetings, including minutes, action items and planning as needed. Team meetings include Legal Team, Security Counsel, and Compliance Committee.
Provide general administrative support to Legal Department.
Coordinate scheduling requests for meetings (in person or by video) across multiple time zones.
Coordinate team events such as in-person meetings, dinners, etc. (may include booking group travel and accommodations).
Create and modify documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Perform general clerical duties to include photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
Provide various other administrative functions as needed.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
At least 5 years’ experience in a legal or corporate environment preferred.
Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required.
Registered Notary Public preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of NetSuite, Rippling, and SAP Concur preferred.
Experience with contract management systems preferred.
Mastery of Microsoft Office.
Other Requirements

Ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet multiple daily deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong delivery and communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven ability to handle confidential information and be trustworthy.
