A Self Storage Facility in the Plano area is looking for a motivated and dependable person to fill a Part Time Storage Assistant Manager position.

Storage experience preferred, but not required.

Job duties include

• Cover the manager's day off, showing, renting, and vacating of storage units,
• Greeting customers, answering phones for rental inquiries and making delinquency phone calls.
• Running an office including, but not limited to the use of a computer software program, responding to Internet inquiries in a professional manner, communicating with the corporate office, making decisions, reconciling cash receipts, following lien procedures (must be detailed oriented) and the printing/interpreting of reports.

In addition to office related work, responsibilities include being able to work both inside and outside doing maintenance work (i.e. cleaning of units, picking up trash and debris, sweeping hallways and grounds, repair issues, working on doors, painting, etc.)

• Must have knowledge of computers, sales, communicate well on the phone, and enjoy working with people.

Ideal Candidate Must

• Be able to pass a complete background check,
• Have a valid U.S. Driver's License,
• Have a bank account for payroll direct deposit.
• Have reliable transportation (is required).

Starting hourly pay depends on experience ranging from $16.00 - $18.00/hour with the opportunity to earn shared quality bonuses and commissions monthly. Please email a resume through this website.
