Your role will involve developing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, managing day-to-day operations, handling escalated issues, and implementing process improvements to streamline our operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate our customer service team to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and handle escalated customer issues.
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making.
  • Coach team members, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment. At least 2 years of experience in a lead or management role.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and motivating team members.
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
