Select Screen Prints & Embroidery Inc. is Hiring an Office Manager Near Bloomington, IL

Select Screen Prints & Emb. Inc. is looking for an individual that likes the atmosphere of a casual, busy office. We want someone that is wanting to stay with our company and be a part of our Select Screen Prints team.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate general daily business traffic; helping customers with invoicing. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls and distributing sales emails to appropriate peopel . They should also friendly friendly so they can effectively interact with office visitors and work with sales and production people to make our customers happy.

Responsibilities

* Greeting customers and help with payment or picking up local orders.

* Invoice all customers for their custom orders.

* Oversee accounts receivable.

* Track tax exempt and sales tax daily.

* Any filing during a usual day.

* Track the flow of orders through our process

* Help implement new CRM management program

* Updating and keeping current licensed product list

* Day to day office tasks

Qualifications

· Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

· Strong communication skills

· Strong ability to multitask

· Friendly and upbeat personality

Additional Job descriptions

Confidentiality, Reporting Skills, Telephone Skills, Documentation Skills, Client Relationships, Attention to Detail. Some Quickbooks experience very helpful.

A good positive attitude and excellent people skills is a must.

Team attitude and the ability to work with other staff members in a positive constructive way.

Able to organize and to evolve with a growing business.

Likes to work in a casual atmosphere.
