Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Pheasant Acres and Independence Village apartment communities in Sioux City, IA. These are HUD communities with 162 total units. This position will pay up to $22 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
