Description
What we are looking for: Experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Indian Hills Apartments, a 120-unit community located on Sioux City’s North Side.
PAY: $24-$28/HRPLUS, quarterly bonus potential up to $1,000 per quarter, $100 a week on-call bonus, and a full benefits package that is second to none.
SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5PM with on-call rotation of one week, every six weeks

REQUIREMENTS:
- This is a hands-on, working supervisor role, so you must be prepared to handle tickets, turns, snow, grounds, etc.
- 2 years’ experience in maintenance (with 1 Year specifically in multi-family housing preferred)
- Experience managing/supervising 1 employees
- HVAC Certification is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- EPA License REQUIRED
- CPO Certification preferred
