Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to join our team in Miami. As a Principal, you will play a critical role in all aspects of the investment process, from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio management and exit strategies. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify investment opportunities, conduct thorough analyses, and drive value creation initiatives within our portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

• Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and evaluate investment opportunities through extensive market research, networking, and relationship building within the investment community.
• Due Diligence: Lead comprehensive due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, industry research, competitive benchmarking, and evaluation of key investment drivers and risks.
• Investment Execution: Take a lead role in structuring, negotiating, and executing investment transactions, including equity investments, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and add-on acquisitions.
• Portfolio Management: Partner with portfolio company management teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Exit Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership on exit strategy development and execution, including IPOs, strategic sales, and secondary buyouts, to maximize returns for investors.
• Investor Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for investors, providing regular updates on portfolio performance, investment opportunities, and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of executing successful transactions and driving value creation.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior executives, investors, and other stakeholders.
